Refund Policy
Your contribution to The Recess Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, plays a vital role in our mission to ensure inclusive recess for children with disabilities. We appreciate your support. As we depend on individual donations to fulfill our objectives, all contributions are deemed non-refundable and irrevocable. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases and must be requested within 30 days of the donation. Only gifts made through our website or related online payment platforms, will be considered provided that a request is made within 30 days of the donation date. Donations made in cash outside of these systems are considered non-refundable and irrevocable, no exceptions.
Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, such as if a donation was made in error, if the donation amount was incorrect, or if the donor intended to support a different charity. Additionally, refunds may be considered if the donation was made with definitive proof the donation was given without the donor's authorization All refund requests must be submitted in writing, and if approved, will be processed via check within 30 days of receipt.
